You must have Apple iTunes installed on your handheld or PC. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Go to the iTunes website: http://www.apple.com/itunes/
2. Click on Download iTunes in the top right hand corner of the page.

If you already have iTunes installed, follow these steps:
