The MD Coder Enterprise Solution addresses the shortfalls that so many organizations face when dealing with revenue collections and electronic charge capture, and what many healthcare technology vendors attempt to solve. The ability to quickly and effectively capture charges at the point of care, synchronize these charges to a central data repository through a provided TCP/IP connection, and provide a comprehensive reporting mechanism that allows for detailed reports. The MD Coder Enterprise system provides all this functionality, including an intuitive administrative control panel to mange user access, user roles, user groups, with a detailed and comprehensive audit mechanism that enables any administrator to track each users complete activity, including synchronization, billing reports, and individual usage details. The MD Coder Enterprise provides three usable work flows, each addressing a specific process, for the Physician User, the Collector and the Administrator.

MD Coder Enterprise will work within the current architecture and infrastructure of your organization. An independent database platform permits any organization to implement our server based solution without any interruption to your current systems. Our web based interface allows easy access to a central data repository via the desktop and standards based HIPAA compliant synchronization over HTTP. Synchronization can occur over a variety of wireless and non-wireless transports, including wireless 802.11b, 802.11g, and Bluetooth!
